Yes!
- I have been riding for 5 years now, and have been with the same trainer. When I first started she was just starting out and I was one of her first students. I don't normally tip her, however if I have a very long lesson I normally pay a little extra, or when going to shows for her trainer fee I always give a little extra.

Only if they are an employee
- I think I would tip only if the instructor was an employee of the stalbe. I know that a lot of instructors are really well paid. An extra bonus would probably be welcom.
