Definition: A jump off is a timed jumping event used to break ties. The rider aims to have a clear round, with no knocked down fences or penalties and have the fastest time. In a jump off the fastest time with the least penalties wins.

Examples:
My friend and I both thad clear rounds with no knock downs in the jumper class. We had a jump off, and I won with a faster time.
