i thought my friends horse ronnie was big and at 17.1hh it was a long way down when i rode him, didnt want to get off it was so far up. i cant imagine how high up it would be on this horse, by the way he is lovely.
I have always loved Percherons. I have recently had the chance to work with a harness team. We work with Belgians and Percheron/Thoroughbreds. The Persheron/Thoroughbred mix creates a different disposition, is my impression. The “girls” are all very skittish. What do you think? Who do you have working with you to learn to harness and hitch to a wagon…
