try banding
- i saw a video once on youtube and it was about banding your horses mane. the lady in the video suggested that you braid a small piece of mane and then put a rubber band on the top of the braid, of course you dont leave the braid in but it is suppost to help that portion of the mane lie flat while it was banded. i think if you were to regulary do that with the mane wet your horses mane may lie pretty flat, but idk if it would work for ive never tried it but it is worth a shot.
