As much as I have Martha Stewart aspirations my house often looks like the over flow of a tack room. An old saddle is decoration on the front porch. There's a saddle rack with my saddle by the front door. Riding boots litter the entrance. Horse health wall charts serve as wall decoration and of course the key rack is a horse shoe. And then there's the horse show ribbons that add color to the fireplace mantel, and of course, my daughter's bedroom walls.
I know lots of folks who have used a blanket they've won as a bed spread. And I know Navajo saddle blankets make great throw rugs.
