Definition: Any bad habit, usually of a repetitive nature such as cribbing, weaving, pacing. A behavior caused by prolonged exposure to stressful situations. Similar to obsessive-compulsive disorders in humans.
Pronunciation: v i s (long i sound--rhymes with ice)
Examples:
His horse was beautiful, but its habit of chewing the wood in its stall was a destructive vice.
