The twin that wasn't supposed to live to be twenty.2007 Sam T.
Bean Head soon became lovingly called Beaner, after our first 2 months together. He joined my life when I was 18, and he, a cryptorchid, at 10 years old. He was born a twin & the runt expected not to live, according to the newspaper article that came with him. He is a retired Hunter/Jumper. We saved each others lives numerous times, too many to count over our 15 years together. When he turned 20 years old, he needed more care than I could provide at a boarding stable, so I bought a farm for him. We never did get the trailer training thing down, (never tried) so I vowed to him it was his last time for a car ride, and stayed true to that.

I have moved on to new horse ventures, but nothing compares to my first Love, Beaner.
