Question: How often should I use deworming products?
Answer: You should administer dewormers at minimum every eight weeks. Depending on your climate and environment shorter intervals may be recommended. Some products are meant to be fed daily with your horse's feed. If you live in an area with year round pasture, your deworming schedule will be different from horse owners whose pastures are beneath the snow for several months of the year. Consult with your veterinarian to find out how often you should administer parasite control products in your area.
