The picture of my Appaloosa mare Misty was taken in the summer of 2003 when she was 26. It's my favorite of her. She taught me about patience and persistence..."I ain't doin' it no way, no how."...unconditional love..."Okay I'm totally not in the mood for all this riding stuff today."...and of course the all important really riding and not just hanging on..."Hey guys I've got my human trained! Watch how she jumps but I don't!" Sadly we lost sweet Misty in September 2005. She will be forever missed but now she's in heaven with her best buddy Remy.
