Kathy Blocksdorf is a writer and horse owner. She was raised at her family's training and boarding facility, where she met horses with a wide range of needs and problems.

Experience:

Kathy has been riding since before she was born and has experience in the show ring and with long-distance riding. She has also started young horses under saddle and rehabilitated rescue horses. She is involved with Pony Club, assists her daughter at horse shows, and shows her own horse at local competitions.

Education:

Her education in horse care and riding continues with each horse she meets and each lesson she takes.
