I just found this site and its just what I needed. I just got my first rescue/foster horse and I am fairly new getting into horses with my daughter. And we are loving it. But your Buddy, sounds just like my Sara Lee, which in 3 months I WILL BE ADOPTING her. I have worked around the clock with her since getting her 8/18/2007. She was the most pitiful thing I had every seen, All I could do was cry. She is 20yr old. Since getting her, all the love and hard work has paid off, she has gained weight, strength and doing GREAT. She has become my baby and follows me where ever I go in the pasture now. I started letting her out to graze this week , but she wants me right there with her there are no words to describe the love/joy she is giving me…
