World Equestrian Games Results

I'm a little sleepy eyed this morning after watch the closing ceremonies of the World Equestrian Games. The final broadcast of driving and reining was exciting and the ceremony itself, emotional. It was a surprise to see a familiar face-- Canadian Endurance rider Ruth Sturley's smile as she entered the grounds on her horse RBF Super Sport. All the results can be downloaded at Results
The next WEG will be in Kentucky, USA in 2010. From the giant Pegasus, to the agile trick riders Kentucky provided an enticing glimpse at what we can expect in 4 years time. There will be eight disciplines with the addition of para-equestrian events. The official website already has tickets, directions, and souvenirs.
