i think horses are so nice. I do horse riding myself and i been put onto a fully grown horse, i am scared, what should i do to calm myself down? thanks for your help

That’s a really common problem. There are lots of things to try: visualization, Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP, hypnosis, gaining more experience, to name just few. Check in with the forum and you’ll find others who have experienced what you are going through, and for some great advice in dealing with it.
