My daughter has been involved in Pony Club for a few years now and the Canadian Pony Club uses the British Pony Club manuals. This causes some confusion when she runs across terms like numnah and headstall. Readers 'across the pond' will know what these terms mean, but the rest of us, like my daughter and her fellow PC members, might be left scratching our heads.
