Yesterday was the last competition of the season for my daughter. She and her team partner ran and rode in a Ride 'n' Tie. They had good day out, despite high winds and some unfortunate encounters with dirt-bikes. But they finished in fourth place out of fifteen teams.

This is a great sport that the whole family can participate in--either as riders and runners or support crew. It gives the runners a whole new perspective on how hard the horse has to work out on trail!
