Having been glued to CBC Bold for much of the week to watch the Olympic Equestrian events, I'm feeling a little untethered now that they are over!
Thankfully, we were able to subscribe to Bold, that carried much of the equestrian competitions. Not everyone was so lucky. How do you feel about the availability of Olympic Equestrian coverage in your area? Were you able to watch on TV, or have you accessed the online services such as those provided by NBC.com? Take the poll and leave your comments below.
There are still lots of Olympic competitions to catch. Your About Guide to the Beijing Olympics has all the details including athlete profiles, medal standings, history, polls, and the blog "Off the Press Bus" by About Guide, Alexandra Stevenson.

I was only able to watch the equestrian events because I am retired. If I was working, I would have missed everything but what might have been on the weekends. It would be nice if they would put it on at times so that interested people that work can watch also. At least they showed the equestrian events.

I watched the team cross country and showjumping, and I really wanted to watch the rest but I just got so sick of watching for hours waiting for it to come on, and not knowing exactly when it would be on. At 7pm they’d say it’s on tonight, but then wouldn’t come on til around 10! (I’m in Australia)
I watched the NBC coverage online. I have already let NBC know how disappointed I am that the coverage on television was not more comprehensive for the equestrian sports.
I think we should be grateful to NBC for more coverage than they ever had before! I taped the odd hour ones and fast forwarded what I wasn’t interested in.
NBC’s On line coverage was Awesome.
(AOL wasn’t too god about getting it up, but Explorer did and you can still watch ALL the rides (almost) on “Rewind” which aohell doesn’t support.
