If your riding schedule slows down during the colder weather, or snow covers the ground you may change the way your horse is shod.
Poll: How is Your Horse Shod During the Winter Months?
- Shod as usual.
- Shoes with pads to avoid snow pack.
- No shoes during winter.
- Temporary 'boots' when ridden.
- No shoes at any time.
