Humane Society Asks for Help for Evacuees of "Firestorm 2007"

The San Diego Humane Society is providing information on animal evacuations centres and supply areas, animal rescues, and donation and supply needs. You'll find a list of feeds and needs that includes grass hay and portable corrals. Residents of the areas affected by the fires may check the website for current information on animal evacuation and rescue. If you wish to donate supplies the SDHS phone number for that purpose is posted on their 'Wish List'. If you need to move your animals--large or small the number for assistance is also posted.
