sure it takes a lot of time and im quiting dance but when is the right time to but a horse….. (winter, fall, spring, or summer.)

The right time will be when you have the time to care for and enjoy a horse properly. Chances are you won’t be riding as much in the winter if you live where it is very cold and snowy and don’t have an arena to ride in. Then you might want to wait for spring.
